Hygrevar Home and Hearth Limited is a company promoted by a Chartered Accountant possessing rich experience of more than a decade in the Construction Industry. Our strength is that we have our own engineering division taking care of all construction activities ourselves. The average experience of the entire team is about 9 years.
Our marketing team is experienced in handling premium flats worth Rs.40 lacs each and also plots in premium locations. With our overseas network the team has marketed projects in entire U.A.E., Bahrain, Doha and Muscat. We are proud to mention that we have a large clientele base. We are promoting only approved housing plots, flats, and Independent Houses in and around Chennai and also we are promoting some flats in Trichy .
We have almost completed the sale of one major C.M.D.A. approved housing plots layout at Tambaram Wallajabad,( Kanchipuram ) 153 plots in Kalpakkam Township itself.
